Austin's Luxury Presence just raised $37M to build out a CRM for high-performing real estate agents.
The round includes $22M in equity (led again by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam & Jade Mills) plus a $15M debt facility from J.P. Morgan.
The problem with traditional CRMs is that they're glorified filing cabinets. They...
- demand constant manual data entry
- mostly exist to organize contacts
- rarely help you increase revenue without extra tools and effort
Agents end up doing the work... while the CRM just stores it.
Luxury Presence is trying to flip that. Last year, agents using its platform reportedly closed $450B+ in transactions across 400K+ listings.
Luxury Presence unites an agent's:
- contacts
- social media followers
- communication history
- website activity
With 3rd party data to enhance every relationship in real-time.
The result is a focused daily feed: who matters today, why they matter, and the exact action to take next.
Behind the scenes, the system updates property records, tracks life events like job changes, and predicts net-worth shifts to surface who's most likely to enter the market.
At Austin Founders Feed we're bullish on face-to-face relationships. As AI gets more capable, the human touch becomes the real differentiator. The play is to offload everything that doesn't require you (admin, research, prioritization) so your time goes to the high-leverage conversations that close deals and build trust.
