• No. 1 for growth in new business applications at 11.3%
• No. 3 for the share of residents who recently moved from another county, state, or country at 17.5%
• No. 5 for population growth at 3.1%
• No. 2 nationally for business and economic growth
• 3.7% GDP growth
• Third consecutive year Austin has ranked No. 1 overall
